  • I’ve got you covered when it’s time to wean. You’ll get a step-by-step weaning guide and training to help you navigate the transition smoothly and confidently. The goal? Set you up for long-term success—no matter where you are in your journey.

  • If you’ve got 10 minutes a day, you can do this program. Each day, I’ll send you a 10-minute live voice note that you can listen to anytime, anywhere during your day. After all, this program is designed for busy women like you.

  • It is built specifically for your postpartum life & needs

  • There’s no set timeline — every postpartum journey is different. I recommend being at least 6 weeks postpartum, and moms in the program range anywhere from 6 weeks to 2 years postpartum.

  • Yes! The program is virtual and suitable for any time zone.
